EPS LIGHT WEIGHT CEMENT SANDWICH ENERGY SAVING PANEL is a kind of light weight energy saving wall material taking reinforced calcium silicate board as face panel. EPS LIGHT WEIGHT CEMENT SANDWICH ENERGY SAVING PANEL is composed of cement ,Expandable Polystyrene Styrofoam (EPS), fly ash core material and forming by one time compound. EPS LIGHT WEIGHT CEMENT SANDWICH ENERGY SAVING PANEL is widely applied to all kinds of modern building with special features of economy and cost saving. The light weight compound sandwich board could be applied to steel structure, skyscrapers, apartment and villas and the like which serves as a substitute for bricks avoiding waste and pollution.
The EPS LIGHT WEIGHT CEMENT SANDWICH ENERGY SAVING PANEL boards embodies heat preservation and insulation. Major materials adopt anti-freezing and heat preserving environmental protection materials like polystyrene grains with good heat insulation and preservation function, which could adjust the indoor temperature at a constant range thus, achieving the effect of ecological adjustments.
The face of energy savings EPS LIGHT WEIGHT CEMENT SANDWICH ENERGY SAVING PANEL are 4.5mm on both sides composed of silicon calcium fire proof boards and the main material is a mixture of cement, sand, fly ash. EPS energy saving board has a fire proof resistance up to 4 hours against a high temperature of 1000C and incombustibility standard achieve level A.These materials give out no toxic gas and perfectly the international environmental protection criterion. The tests also prove that the water container can be made by using the panels without plastering and containers have no leakage at all.
The inner constructional material (EPS polystyrene grain) has good sound insulation and sound absobbing functions.
The Construction work with traditional blocks needs 20 people in 60 minutes to complete while EPS LIGHT WEIGHT CEMENT SANDWICH ENERGY SAVING PANEL installation needs only 3 people in 60 minutes to finish which can save a lot of labor cost in terms of construction.
EPS LIGHT WEIGHT CEMENT SANDWICH ENERGY SAVING PANEL is made with high intensity and earthquake resistance function that can reach up to 8.5 magnitudes. Shock resistance function are dozens times higher than other wall materials. They can be nailed directly or have an expansion bolt to lift and hang heavy things, it can also be covered by ceramic tiles, wall paper, wood panel, coatings, etc
The thickness of EPS energy saving panels are between 60mm to 180mm. They can increase the building spaces compared to the traditional blocks. The weight is only 1/12 of traditional wall body and save the cost on construction structure.
